Karen has been inspiring, coaching, teaching and mentoring both current and future leaders for over 20 years. Since her days at the University of Michigan, her passion and dedication for helping achievers, like you, reach their highest potential has been one of the strongest drivers in her life. Her passion and dedication to others success is rewarding to both her and the client. She is an advocate for helping women and people of color succeed in corporate America, small business and their personal endeavors. Karen has an authentic talent for helping others realize “their role in life is greater than their current “zone of comfort”. She realized she had the gift of bringing the best out in others as a college student working with future engineering students, inner city youth, and corporate up and comers.
Her coaching experience spans from the CEO of a Fortune 500 company to several middle managers, college students, small business owners and amazing individuals. Karen is sought after by many organizations to share her knowledge on issues that affect women and minorities in corporate America and the transition of talent in the global marketplace. Karen has spoken to thousands of individuals in workshops, lectures and training sessions. She has earned the distinct designation of ‘Senior Professional in Human Resources’ by the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). Karen has over 20 years experience in corporate America in progressive leadership positions.
In addition, she is on the Corporate Advisory Board for the University of Michigan College of Engineering. She has been a board member for the Urban League and the Center for Non Violence in Fort Wayne IN. Presently an advisor for Dress for Success Chicago and Black MBA Leadership of Tomorrow program.

Lesia is an Organizational Development professional who focuses on her business partners to bring them outstanding value and service. She is constantly exploring new resources and methods to deliver innovative solutions to meet their needs.
For more than 15 years, she has nurtured and proven excellence in coaching, organizational development, leadership development and quality service, and teamwork. Ten of those have been focused on identifying performance gaps and strategizing with top leadership to develop learning programs to close those gaps while reflecting her client’s performance priorities. Her experience has spanned the Manufacturing, Education & Government, Insurance, Hospitality, Finance, and Healthcare industries.
Known for her infectious enthusiasm, Lesia thrives on helping others achieve their personal and professional best. From working in a small family business to her role as manager and consultant to organizations of all sizes in the public and private sectors, she enjoys working with organizations to facilitate change using her positive communication and influencing skills.
Lesia earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with emphases in Religious Studies and Psychology, from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
She has earned multiple certifications including Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA), HR Management, Crucial Conversations, AchieveGlobal, Development Dimensions International (DDI), The On-Purpose Business (TOP), and a multitude of professional development courses including Professional Sales Training, Kodak Quality Facilitation Leadership Waukesha, and the Deming Institute. She is the founder and facilitator of Leadership Masterminds and HR Masterminds - Executive and Management learning and networking groups.
Lesia has taught in College credit and various K-12 enrichment programs. She has designed, developed and delivered training programs in leadership, change management, emotional intelligence, coaching, customer service, dealing with difficult people, time management, new employee orientation, sexual harassment, and FMLA.
Lesia lives in Erie with her husband and two children. She is a member of several networking groups, and has served as volunteer for several United Way funded initiatives. Personal interests include reading, rollerblading, weights, and biking.
