Paul McMurray

Paul has an extensive background in consulting, speaking, and presenting. Paul has consulted and trained clients throughout the US and in the following industries: Telecommunications, Agriculture, Automobile, Medical, Federal & State Government and Non-profit Associations, Military, Mining, and Financial Services. He has also worked with employees at all levels. He has been involved in many corporate change initiatives helping organizations (and individuals) make the needed changes to be successful. Paul also partners with Scantron Corporation helping its clients with research on employee and customer attitudes. Paul also has strong analytical skills around survey research and analysis.

Paul studied and taught economics while in a Ph.D. program at Penn State University and also taught at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. While in Rochester, NY, Paul spent seven years working for Rochester Telephone. He served a corporate economist and forecaster, testified in rate case proceedings and also spent time in the business research & development, and marketing departments.

In 1993, Paul moved from Rochester NY to Maryland where he began an 11 year career with the telecommunications consulting firm John Staurulakis, Inc. (JSI). While at JSI, Paul was a member of the senior leadership team and directed the Management Services Department which focused on all client management and leadership initiatives.

Beginning in January 2004, Paul left JSI to devote all his energies to Insight Management Consulting focusing more on the employee aspects of business and less on economic and financial aspects of business.

Paul is a member of the National Speakers Association and regularly gives speeches on Communications Customer Service and Leadership topics. In 2006, he was the keynote speaker for 5 regional meetings for a national telecommunications association. Paul is currently on the faculty of the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute of Organizational Management where he teaches classes on leadership and organization change.

He holds two undergraduate degrees, one in English and the other in Economics. He also holds a graduate degree in Economics. All degrees are from the University of Utah. He also has a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Georgetown's Center for Professional Development.

Scott has extensive background in consulting, speaking and conducting training seminars on a variety of topics centered mostly around communications and leadership. As a trained clinical psychologist, Dr. Rosenke, has worked in the field as the Director of Substance Abuse Services for the Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center in Buffalo , Wyoming. He broadened his practice to include other public and private sector work. He has consulted and trained in organizations in the following industries: Mining, Healthcare, State and Federal Government and Non-profit Associations. He has also trained and consulted with employees at all levels. Scott has also developed and taught numerous seminars on Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service, Team Building, Leadership & Development and, Personal Development.

Scott is a Viet Nam veteran and a clinical psychologist. Early in his career, Scott developed, and managed a substance abuse clinical service in a Wyoming-based mental health center; handled clinical services, consultative services, community education programs, overall program development, administrative functions, public relations, quality assurance, team development, personnel supervision, budget formulation, and lobbying. He also produced the first drunk driving countermeasure program for the state of Wyoming that became the model for many substance abuse programs as well as other DUI programs in Montana and Utah; generated the highest income and the most visibility in local communities and the state government of Wyoming. He has been involved in many change initiatives helping organizations (and individuals) make the needed changes to be successful.

In 1984, Scott moved with his family from Wyoming to St. Leon Germany where he worked with the Department of Defense. In 2001, Scott returned to the US to continue his consulting and training practice with many government agencies as well as many commercial companies.

Beginning in February 2006, Scott became a principal partner of Insight Management Consulting, LLC while maintaining his leadership role in Rosenke and Associates. He brings 30 years of expertise in the training and organization development to the new company.

He is a member of the National Speakers Association and regularly speaks on Communication and Leadership topics.

Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology/Sociology from Western Illinois University and Masters degrees in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and Human Resource Development from American University . He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois.
